This variant is designed for ultra-high-speed applications requiring maximum rotational velocity. Cooling Method: Natural Convection (S) — Self-cooling without auxiliary fans.
Product Introduction: The BAUMÜLLER BM4423-SI1-212 is a variant within the BM4423 servo motor family featuring a 4-pole (2 pole pair) winding configuration optimized for medium-speed, high-torque applications. This model utilizes natural convection cooling and a keyed shaft with radial sealing. Cooling Method: Natural Convection (S) — Self-cooling via external housing surface.
Product Introduction: The BAUMÜLLER BM4423-SI1-022 is a high-performance permanent magnet synchronous servo motor from the BM4423 product family. This motor is engineered for precision motion control applications requiring high dynamic response, exceptional torque density, and reliable continuous operation in industrial automation environments.
Product Introduction: The BAUMULLER BM4443-SI1-012 is a servo motor from the BM44xx series equipped with a shaft-mounted single-turn absolute encoder (Hiperface). The SI1 configuration provides direct mechanical position feedback via an encoder mounted on the motor shaft. Winding 012 is designed for 230 V AC operation. Document reference 43-0309-1 identifies the associated technical data sheet.
Product Introduction: The BAUMULLER BM4443-SI0-012 is a servo motor from the BM44xx series supplied without an encoder. The "SI0" configuration indicates a shaft-ready motor with a smooth (non-keyed or encoder-ready) shaft and no encoder installed. Winding 012 is rated for 230 V AC. This configuration is intended for applications where position feedback is provided by an external encoder (e.g., linear glass scale, external rotary encoder) or where the motor is used in open-loop velocity mode.
Product Introduction: The BAUMULLER BM4443-AI1-012 is a servo motor from the BM44xx series with an integrated single-turn absolute encoder. The "AI" designation means the encoder is built into the motor housing (non-drive end), providing a compact, cable-reduced solution. Winding 012 is rated for 230 V AC. The integrated encoder uses the Hiperface protocol with 128 sine periods per revolution.
Product Introduction: The BAUMULLER BM4443-A/1-012 is a standard-design servo motor from the BM44xx series. The "A" designation indicates the standard mechanical configuration with a keyed shaft. The "/1" suffix denotes an optional single-turn absolute encoder configuration. Winding 012 corresponds to 230 V AC rated operation. This motor serves as a versatile drive solution for general-purpose servo applications.
Product Introduction: The BAUMULLER BM4445-SI1-012 is a medium-power servo motor from the BM44xx series with a shaft-mounted single-turn absolute encoder. The SI configuration places the encoder directly on the motor shaft, providing direct position feedback with high mechanical coupling. Winding 012 is rated for 230 V AC operation. Document reference 08-0305-1075 identifies the specific technical data sheet revision.
Product Introduction: The BAUMULLER BM4435-FI1-012 is a high-dynamic permanent magnet synchronous servo motor from the BM44xx series. It features forced air cooling via an integral fan mounted on the non-drive end, enabling continuous high-torque operation in confined spaces. The motor is equipped with a single-turn absolute encoder providing immediate position feedback upon power-up without requiring a homing routine.
