Working Principle:
The motor operates on the principle of a permanent magnet synchronous machine. The rotor carries high-energy NdFeB magnets creating a constant magnetic field. The stator windings, energized by a three-phase sinusoidal current from the servo drive, generate a rotating magnetic field. The interaction between the stator field and the rotor magnets produces torque. The single-turn absolute encoder mounted on the shaft provides real-time angular position data to the drive controller, enabling closed-loop servo control with zero-position loss on power-down.
