Working Principle​

The CP-9200SH CPU sends motion setpoints to the SVA module. The module converts position, speed and torque commands into analog output signals for each Servopack, receives encoder feedback through the servo interface, updates reversible and interval counters, performs frequency measurement, and returns axis status to the CPU for closed-loop control.

Installation Requirements​

Install in a compatible CP-9200SH mounting base with power module and CPU, seat the module fully in the backplane, use shielded encoder and analog command cables, separate signal wiring from high-voltage power wiring, verify 24 V DC backplane supply for PS-03 systems or the applicable base power configuration, and configure axis parameters with CP-717 programming software.
