PCB: Industrial FR-4 control board
Terminals: Insulated screw or pluggable terminals with copper conductors
Structural Features: Compact panel-mount ServoPack, front status indicators, side analog and encoder connectors, DIP switch section, separated power and signal compartments.
Working Principle: The amplifier converts the ±10 V analog command into a proportional torque or speed reference. The power stage generates three-phase PWM output for the servo motor. Incremental encoder signals are returned for speed and commutation correction. Protection circuits monitor current, voltage and temperature and disable output on fault.
Installation Requirements: Mount vertically in a ventilated cabinet with at least 50 mm side clearance for airflow. Supply 200 VAC to 230 VAC through properly rated protection. Use shielded encoder and analog cables. Ground the drive chassis and motor frame separately from power ground where required.
Usage Notes: Pair only with 200 W Sigma II motors compatible with the KIBA analog configuration. Set motor code and gain by DIP switch before energizing. Do not substitute pulse or Mechatrolink models for this analog unit. Allow capacitor discharge time before terminal work.
