Material And Structure
Industrial metal drive module. Power stage with IGBT/semiconductor switching. Control electronics board. SERCOS interface module. Busbar DC-link connection. Personality/memory module support.
Working Principle
The drive receives setpoints from the motion controller through SERCOS. It regulates current, speed, or position using encoder/resolver feedback, then outputs controlled three-phase power to the servo motor through the DC-link busbar system.
Installation Requirements
Install in compatible Servodyn-D cabinet with correct busbar and backplane modules. Verify DC-link voltage, motor type, encoder type, and SERCOS node address. Provide adequate cabinet ventilation. Use correct torque for power and signal terminals.
Usage Precautions
Allow DC-link pre-charge before applying full power. Do not leave CT/encoder cables unshielded. Avoid overheating and poor ventilation. Match motor, feedback, and firmware before replacement. Only trained personnel should handle high-voltage DC-link circuits.
