Nickel alloy metal gasket for VCR
Working Principle
Process vacuum acts on the isolation diaphragm. The diaphragm deflects against a sealed absolute vacuum reference. At setpoint, the spring mechanism actuates the SPDT contact to send an alarm or control signal.
Application Scenarios
Semiconductor wafer fabrication
Ultra-high-purity gas delivery
Pharmaceutical vacuum processes
Aerospace vacuum testing
Cleanroom process equipment
Installation Requirements
Use only metal VCR gaskets
No rubber O-rings in high-purity service
Torque fittings to specification
Install away from mechanical shock where possible
Usage Notes
Do not adjust factory setpoint
Prevent particle contamination
Verify leak-tightness before process gas flow
Avoid reverse pressure beyond rating
