Structural Features: Compact DIN-rail body, dual 16-channel terminal blocks, front channel LEDs, CAN connector or terminal interface, separate logic and field power terminals.
Working Principle: The CANopen master sends discrete output commands to the module. The internal logic decodes the message, drives the corresponding PNP output transistor and applies 24 VDC to the field device. Each channel monitors current and temperature; when overload or short circuit occurs, the protection circuit limits output and reports the fault to the controller.
Installation Requirements: Mount on 35 mm DIN rail inside a ventilated cabinet. Provide isolated 24 VDC field power sized for total output current. Terminate the CAN bus with proper resistors at both ends. Separate communication cables from motor power and contactor wiring. Leave adequate spacing for air circulation.
Usage Notes: Do not exceed 0.5 A per channel or the total power supply rating across all outputs. Verify PNP sourcing polarity before connecting loads. Set CAN node address and baud rate before network startup. Inspect terminal torque and LED fault indications during maintenance.
