Installation Requirements:

  • Mount on DIN rail TS 35 (7.5 mm module width)
  • Connect to X20 bus via RJ45 daisy-chain

  • For 0–10 V: connect sensor output to differential input terminals
  • Use shielded twisted-pair cable for all analog signals

Usage Notes:

  • Do not apply voltage exceeding 12 V DC to voltage input terminals
  • For 4–20 mA: ensure loop power supply voltage is sufficient (min 18 V DC + sensor drop)
  • Calibrate zero and span via Automation Studio for each channel
  • Shield ground must be connected at controller end only (single-point grounding)
