Benyuan BY150

Product Name
Benyuan BY150 ultra long-range heavy-duty industrial fog cannon dust-suppression system.
Product Introduction
The BY150 projects atomized water over long distances to suppress airborne dust in mining, ports, bulk-material yards and large construction sites. It uses a high-output turbine, high-pressure water pump and PLC-based control to produce fine droplets with wide coverage.

Functional Features
Hydraulic horizontal rotation, hydraulic pitch adjustment, automatic and remote operation, PLC scheduling, limit and overload protection, antifreeze pipe heating and insulation, IP55 electrical system, on-site and wireless remote control.
Application Scenarios
Open-pit mines, port bulk terminals, mineral handling yards, large construction and demolition sites, cement and aggregate plants, steel and power plant bulk yards.
Performance Parameters
150 m throw, 90 kW fan output, 18.5 kW pump output, 15 to 20 m³/h water flow, 50 to 300 µm atomization, 0 to 320° swing, -5 to +30° elevation, 380 V three-phase input.
Material Composition
Heavy-gauge steel or stainless frame, SS304 nozzle assemblies, aluminium-magnesium fan blades, stainless-steel double-layer control cabinet, heated and insulated water piping, industrial PLC and contactor components.
Structural Characteristics
Turbine fan drum on a rotating hydraulic base, twin water-ring nozzle manifold, skid or trailer chassis option, elevated tower or fixed foundation mounting, separate pump and electrical compartments, remote-control antenna and cable routes.
Working Principle
The pump pressurizes clean water and delivers it to the SS304 nozzles. The turbine fan produces high-velocity air that shears the water into fine droplets and projects the mist toward the dust source. The PLC controls fan speed, pump pressure, rotation and pitch; sensors and protection devices limit overload, freeze risk and hydraulic faults.
Installation Requirements
Install on a reinforced concrete foundation or suitable steel trailer with proper anchoring. Provide a 4-inch clean-water supply at 0.3 to 0.5 MPa. Connect 380 V AC through a protected feeder sized for 115 kW total load. Allow unobstructed airflow and service clearance around the fan drum. Ground the electrical cabinet and configure the Siemens PLC per site dust-map requirements.
Usage Precautions
Use clean water to prevent nozzle clogging. Activate antifreeze heating in low-temperature operation. Do not block fan intake or nozzle rings. Inspect hydraulic rotation and pitch seals periodically. Follow lockout-tagout before maintaining high-pressure water or electrical sections.
