Mobility: 4-wheel towable trailer with road lights and braking system
Dimensions (L×W×H): 4200 × 1800 × 2100 mm (approximate, trailer-mounted)
Weight: ~3200 kg (operating weight)
Fuel Tank Capacity: ~300 liters
Structure Features:
- Heavy-duty galvanized steel trailer chassis
- Diesel engine with electric start
- Rotary screw airend with belt or direct drive
- Plate-fin aftercooler
- Coalescing oil separator
- Sound-attenuated canopy (optional)
- ROPS/FOPS rated operator enclosure
Working Principle:
Diesel engine drives rotary screw airend producing compressed air at 12 m³/min. Air is compressed, cooled via aftercooler, separated from oil via coalescing filter, and delivered at 7 bar. The unit is fully self-contained — no external power required for operation (electric start uses battery).
Key Features:
- Fully mobile — towable on public roads with trailer license
- No external power needed — diesel-driven, self-contained
- High output: 12 m³/min — suitable for multiple simultaneous users
- Robust construction — built for construction sites, mining, remote locations
- Quick setup — connect air hose and start
Advantages:
- Complete independence from grid power
- High capacity for demanding field applications
- Low total cost of ownership for temporary/remote use
- Rugged design for harsh environments
Applicable Industries:
- Construction Sites
- Mining Operations
- Road & Infrastructure Projects
- Event & Entertainment (temporary air supply)
- Emergency & Disaster Relief
- Sandblasting & Surface Preparation
- Drilling Operations
Installation Requirements:
- Level ground surface for stable operation
- No indoor installation required — designed for outdoor use
- Ambient: -20°C to +45°C (with cold-start package)
- Fuel: Diesel (EN 590 compliant)
- Exhaust routing: ensure adequate clearance from structures
- Air hose connection: DN50 or DN65 coupling
Usage Precautions:
- Never operate in enclosed spaces without exhaust ventilation — CO hazard
- Daily check: engine oil level, coolant level, fuel level
- Service interval: every 500 hours or 6 months (whichever first)
- Air filter: every 500 hours
- Oil filter: every 500 hours
- Oil separator: every 2000 hours
- Store in dry conditions — drain all water from tank before long-term storage
