Working Principle:
Two intermeshing helical rotors compress ambient air within the air end. The Cat C4.4 diesel engine drives the rotor set via a flexible coupling. Air is drawn through an intake filter, compressed in two stages, cooled by an air-to-air or air-to-water aftercooler, then delivered to the output connection. The integrated EC-Oil controller manages load/unload cycling for fuel efficiency.
