Working Principle:
Four-stage piston compression with inter-stage cooling. Air enters the first stage cylinder, is compressed, cooled via water-cooled aftercooler, then progresses through subsequent stages to achieve final discharge pressure. Oil-free operation is maintained through PTFE-coated piston rings and non-lubricated cylinder surfaces.
