  • Dimensions (W×H×D): 848 × 540 × 320 mm
  • Net Weight: 38 kg
  • Operating Temperature Range: -15°C to +48°C (outdoor ambient)

Material Composition:

  • Outer Casing: Galvanized steel with polyester powder coating (RAL 9010)
  • Condenser Coil: Copper tube (Ø7mm) with aluminum fin (corrugated, hydrophilic coated)
  • Fan: Ø400mm axial fan, AS resin blades, EC motor
  • Compressor: Hermetic rotary, R32-compatible, with internal accumulator
  • Valve Block: 4-way reversing valve (Sanhua or equivalent) + electronic expansion valve (Danfoss EEV)
  • Base Frame: Hot-dip galvanized steel with rubber vibration mounts

Structural Features:

  • Anti-vibration rubber mounts (4-point, 10mm deflection)
  • Condensate drain pan with heating element (anti-freeze, activates below 3°C)
  • Service valve ports (liquid + gas) with dust caps
  • Quick-connect refrigerant pipe fittings (flare nut, 1/4″ and 3/8″)
  • EC fan motor with 7-speed control via inverter board
  • Large-area condenser with optimized fin spacing for dust resistance

Working Principle: In cooling mode, the compressor pumps high-pressure R32 gas to the outdoor condenser coil where the EC fan forces ambient air across the coil, rejecting heat to the outside. The refrigerant condenses to liquid, passes through the electronic expansion valve (reducing pressure/temperature), and flows to the indoor evaporator. In heating mode, the 4-way valve reverses the cycle — the outdoor coil acts as evaporator (absorbing heat from ambient air even at -15°C), and the indoor unit rejects heat into the room.

Advantages:

  • R32 refrigerant — 68% lower GWP than R410A, higher volumetric capacity
  • EC fan motor consumes 60% less energy than AC fan motor
  • Wide operating range down to -15°C ambient — suitable for cold climates (including Xiamen winters)
  • Anti-freeze condensate heater prevents ice blockage in low temperatures

Applicable Industries: Residential multi-room installations, small commercial spaces, apartments

Installation Requirements:

  • Mount on solid wall or reinforced bracket — unit weight 38kg + 15kg refrigerant charge
  • Minimum 30cm clearance on all sides for airflow
  • Refrigerant piping: maximum 15m equivalent length, maximum 10m height difference
  • Electrical: dedicated 16A circuit with 30mA RCD
  • Pipe insulation mandatory on all refrigerant lines (Armaflex, 13mm thickness)

Usage Precautions:

  • Do not cover or obstruct the outdoor unit — causes compressor overheating and shutdown
  • Clean condenser coil annually with low-pressure water spray (direction: fin-to-tube)
  • Ensure condensate drain is unobstructed — frozen drain pan causes water overflow
  • Professional installation required — refrigerant handling requires F-Gas certified technician
