Working Principle: The UT35A receives a universal process signal through its terminal blocks. The signal is conditioned and A/D converted. The controller compares the process value (PV) with the setpoint (SP) and executes the selected control algorithm (ON/OFF or PID). For ON/OFF control, the controller drives relay outputs to activate heating or cooling based on the PV-SP comparison with configured deadband. For PID control (with AI module), the controller calculates the proportional, integral, and derivative terms to drive the output. The 4 relay outputs can be configured independently for: Heating (H1), Cooling (H2), High alarm (H3), Low alarm (H4). The 4-digit LED display shows the current PV, SP, and output status.
