  • Removable front panel for easy wiring and maintenance
  • Bottom DIN rail snap-in clips for quick mounting/removal

Working Principle:
The UR1400A6KD-2XN*C uses multi-channel A/D converters to simultaneously sample 6 input channels. Sampled data undergoes digital filtering and engineering unit conversion, then is displayed as real-time trend curves and numerical values on the TFT screen, while simultaneously being stored in the built-in NAND flash memory. Data can be uploaded to a host SCADA/DCS system via Ethernet for remote monitoring and data management. The alarm function compares measured values against set upper/lower limits to drive relay outputs.

Functional Features:

  • Supports 6-channel universal input, flexible configuration
  • TFT color display can show 6-channel trend curves simultaneously
  • Built-in historical data storage, no external storage device required
  • Ethernet communication supports FTP data upload and web browsing
  • Supports USB data export (CSV format)
  • Password protection prevents unauthorized operation

Advantages & Highlights:

  • 6-channel simultaneous recording replaces multiple single-channel recorders, reducing cost
  • Large-capacity flash memory, data retained during power loss
  • Ethernet remote access: view data without visiting the field
  • Color display interface is user-friendly with clear information presentation
  • Customer-customized configuration (*C) meets special project requirements

Applicable Industries:

  • Petrochemical multi-parameter process monitoring
  • Power system generator/transformer temperature monitoring
  • Metallurgy multi-point temperature recording
  • Pharmaceutical industry GMP multi-parameter recording
  • Food industry sterilization/cooling multi-point temperature monitoring

Installation Requirements:

  • Panel cutout dimensions: 92mm × 92mm (DIN 96×96 standard)
  • Installation depth: ensure minimum 100mm clearance behind the unit for wiring
  • Power wiring: use 1.5mm² or larger copper conductors
  • Ethernet cable: use CAT5e or higher shielded network cable
  • Grounding terminal must be reliably connected (ground resistance ≤4Ω)

Usage Precautions:

  • Perform input channel calibration before first use
  • Export historical data regularly to avoid flash memory exhaustion
  • Avoid using Ethernet communication in environments with strong electromagnetic interference
  • Clean screen with a soft dry cloth only; chemical solvents are prohibited
  • Firmware upgrade via USB or Ethernet; do not power off during upgrade
