  • 1/4 DIN cutout front panel with color TFT LCD display
  • Snap-in front bezel for panel mounting
  • Rear terminal block for all input/output/power connections
  • Plastic (polycarbonate) front bezel, metal rear chassis

Working Principle:
The recorder continuously samples each of the 6 input channels at a 100 ms scan interval. The A/D converter digitizes the analog signal, applies scaling and engineering unit conversion, and stores the data in internal flash memory. Alarm conditions are evaluated in real-time; when a threshold is breached, the corresponding relay output activates. Data is displayed on the TFT screen in real-time and can be transferred externally via serial communication.

Advantages & Highlights:

  • 6 universal inputs in a compact 1/4 DIN form factor — reduces panel space
  • 100 ms scan speed captures fast process transients
  • 2 MB memory provides extended recording duration without external storage
  • Dual alarm outputs for independent high/low monitoring
  • Universal AC power supply (100–240 VAC) for global deployment

Applicable Industries:

  • Chemical and petrochemical plants
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Food and beverage production
  • Water treatment facilities
  • HVAC system monitoring

Installation Requirements:

  • Cut panel opening to 92 mm × 92 mm for 1/4 DIN mounting
  • Use shielded twisted-pair cables for TC/RTD inputs to minimize noise
  • Provide dedicated earth ground connection
  • Maintain at least 20 mm clearance behind the unit for ventilation

Usage Precautions:

  • Do not apply input signals exceeding the specified range for each channel type
  • For TC inputs, use the correct TC type setting (J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N)
  • Do not open the rear chassis while power is applied
  • Calibrate input channels using a precision signal source before commissioning
  • Replace the internal battery (if applicable) every 2 years to preserve memory backup
