Working Principle:
Field signals are conditioned by the input circuitry, converted by a 16-bit A/D converter, and processed by the internal microprocessor. The processed value is displayed on the LCD and simultaneously written to non-volatile memory at the configured recording interval. The 4–20 mA output retransmits a selected channel value to external devices. Alarm relays energize when the process value crosses the configured setpoint with hysteresis.
Advantages & Highlights:
- Extremely compact 1/8 DIN form factor saves panel space
- Black bezel provides high contrast with the LCD display
- Universal input eliminates the need for multiple recorder types
- USB data export enables easy data transfer to PC for analysis
- Low cost per channel — ideal for small-scale applications
Applicable Industries:
- Small-scale process monitoring
- HVAC systems
- Machine monitoring (temperature, pressure, flow)
- Laboratory equipment
- Building automation
Installation Requirements:
- Panel cutout: 96 × 96 mm, depth ≥ 108 mm
- Mount vertically or horizontally using DIN rail or panel screws
- Wire using shielded cable for TC/RTD inputs; ground at the recorder end only
- Power supply: 24 V DC (recommended) or 100–240 V AC
- Maintain minimum 50 mm clearance above and below the unit for ventilation
Usage Precautions:
- Do not apply voltage exceeding 250 V AC to any input terminal
- For thermocouple inputs, always use the correct thermocouple type in the configuration
- Do not block the USB port or ventilation slots
- Periodically back up recorded data to prevent data loss
- Replace the internal backup battery every 3 years
