Working Principle:
The CX2420 receives analog signals from up to 6 process inputs simultaneously. The internal microprocessor converts each signal to a proportional vertical pen deflection. The thermal print head burns dots onto the 100mm chart paper moving at a configurable speed (2.5–1000 mm/h), creating a continuous time-series trace for each channel. The color LCD provides real-time numerical values and trend bars. Data is also stored in non-volatile memory and can be transmitted via RS-485/Ethernet.
