Working Principle:
The CDBR-4045B accepts analog signals from up to 4 process inputs. Each channel’s value is displayed as a 40-segment LED bar graph on the front panel, updated every 1 second. Simultaneously, a thermal print head creates a continuous trend trace on 45mm chart paper moving at a configurable speed (6.25–500 mm/h). The microprocessor also monitors each channel against configurable alarm setpoints and activates relay outputs on alarm conditions. Data can be transmitted via RS-232C/RS-485 to a PC or SCADA system.
