  • Housing: Flame-retardant ABS resin (UL94 V-0)
  • Front PanelPolycarbonate with LED window
  • Terminals: Phosphor bronze, tin-plated screw terminals
  • PCBEpoxy-coated FR-4

Structural Characteristics:

  • Form Factor: Compact DIN rail / panel mount
  • Width: 48 mm
  • Height: 96 mm
  • Depth: 112.5 mm

Working Principle:
The AMM22T receives a 4–20 mA signal on each of its 2 input channels. The signal is converted to a digital value by an internal A/D converter and displayed on the 4-digit LED. The microprocessor compares the measured value against configurable alarm setpoints (high and low). When a setpoint is violated, the corresponding relay contact changes state. The input signal is also retransmitted as an isolated 4–20 mA output to downstream devices.

Key Advantages:

  • Dual-channel monitoring in one compact unit
  • Visible LED display — instant process value verification
  • Built-in alarm relays — eliminates need for separate alarm units
  • Isolated retransmission — clean signal pass-through
  • Loop-powered — simple 2-wire installation

Applicable Industries:

  • Process control panels (signal verification)
  • Water & Wastewater
  • HVAC systems
  • General industrial automation
  • Food & Beverage

Installation Requirements:

  • Mount on 35 mm DIN rail (EN 50022) or panel
  • Wire 4–20 mA inputs using shielded twisted-pair cable
  • Set alarm setpoints via front-panel DIP switches or digital interface
  • Provide 24 VDC power supply for the module itself

Usage Precautions:

  • Do not exceed maximum input of 25 mA
  • Verify alarm setpoints before commissioning
  • Relay contacts rated 250 VAC 3 A / 30 VDC 3 A — do not exceed
  • Ensure shield grounding at control panel end only
