Working Principle
The ST7 controller sends output state, pulse-width, or time-proportional commands to ADV569-P00. The module drives transistor output stages according to each channel’s common group and load rating. Pulse and proportional timing circuits generate controlled ON intervals, and isolated grouping prevents a single field fault from affecting all 64 outputs.
Installation Requirements
Install in the designated ST7-compatible slot or terminal configuration.
Use the dedicated KS9 cable/terminal equipment.
Confirm 5 VDC backplane capacity for 800 mA module consumption.
Group field loads by 16-channel common voltage.
Keep inductive loads within 30 VDC and 100 mA per channel.
Usage Precautions
Never exceed 30 VDC or 100 mA per output channel.
Install suppression diodes for DC relay, solenoid, and inductive loads.
Do not mix different output voltages within the same 16-channel common.
Handle the module with ESD precautions.
Verify ST7 system compatibility and firmware support before replacement.
