  • Form Factor: Slim DIN rail module, 15.5 mm × 90 mm × 112.5 mm (W × H × D)
  • Terminal TypeScrew clamp terminals (AWG 22–14)
  • Weight: Approximately 120 g

Working Principle:
The ACG10S-E2111 receives a 4–20 mA DC input signal, converts it to a proportional isolated 4–20 mA DC output signal using an internal isolation amplifier circuit. The galvanic isolation barrier prevents ground potential differences from affecting signal integrity. The device operates on loop power — no separate power supply is required.

Key Advantages:

  • High accuracy of ±0.2% without calibration
  • No external power supply needed for 2-wire configuration
  • Three-way galvanic isolation ensures noise-free operation
  • Ultra-slim 15.5 mm width saves panel space
  • Reverse polarity protection prevents damage from wiring errors

Applicable Industries:

  • Oil & Gas (refining, upstream/downstream)
  • Chemical & Petrochemical
  • Power Generation (thermal, nuclear)
  • Water & Wastewater Treatment
  • Pharmaceutical & Food Processing

Installation Requirements:

  • Mount on 35 mm DIN rail (EN 50022 / IEC 60715)
  • Maintain minimum 10 mm clearance above and below for ventilation
  • Use shielded twisted-pair cables for input/output wiring
  • Ensure single-point grounding to avoid ground loops

Usage Precautions:

  • Do not exceed maximum load resistance of 600 Ω
  • Do not apply voltage exceeding 30 VDC to input terminals
  • Verify correct polarity before energizing
  • Do not operate in explosive atmospheres unless housed in appropriate enclosure
