Voting And Diagnostics
Each point compares three input circuits; a deviation greater than 0.2 mA isolates the faulty circuit and continues operation in 2oo3 mode. The module reports open wire, short circuit, drift and health status to the Tricon processor.

Working Principle
Each analog point receives the 4 to 20 mA field signal in three isolated front-end circuits. Each circuit converts the current to digital values, the voter compares the three conversions and the validated result is transmitted over the backplane to the Tricon main processor for SIS logic.
Installation Requirements
Install the module in a TRICON v11 chassis backplane. Use shielded twisted-pair transmitter cables. Terminate and ground the shield according to Tricon wiring standards. Configure input range, HART enablement and alarm limits in TriStation. Install the 4000213-020L companion module when HART transparency is required.
Usage Precautions
Do not apply more than 30 V continuously to analog inputs. Perform calibrated range checks during commissioning. Use the hot-swap procedure defined for v11 chassis when replacing online. Inspect terminals for tightness and corrosion. Update only authorized, cryptographically validated firmware.
