Rack plug-in CPU module for CV2000 system chassis
Front programming connector, status LEDs and memory card/memory option area
Standard CV module width with fixing latch
Direct insertion into designated CPU slot of the CV rack
Working Principle:
After power-up, the CPU performs self-diagnosis, loads program and data memory, reads inputs from local and remote I/O, executes ladder/SFC logic, refreshes outputs, and processes communication tasks. FINS and SYSMAC networks transfer data between CPU, programming tools, HMI and remote stations.
Installation Requirements:
Insert into the designated CV2000 CPU slot and secure the latch
Connect the rack protective ground and verify 5 V DC backplane supply
Set network parameters for SYSMAC NET/LINK/BUS before online operation
Maintain cabinet ventilation and avoid exceeding 55 °C ambient temperature
Usage Precautions:
Power off the rack before inserting or removing the CPU
Use approved OMRON memory devices for program backup
Avoid static contact with backplane connectors
Complete program backup before firmware, network or parameter modifications
