Functional Features
Jog, PTP, contouring, linear/circular/helical interpolation. Electronic gearing, electronic cam, gantry sync. Advanced PID with velocity/acceleration feedforward, notch filter, low-pass filter. Non-volatile program and variable storage.
Application Scenarios
General factory automation. Multi-axis machines. Laboratory automation. Packaging, textile, and semiconductor equipment.
Performance Parameters
Supports simultaneous execution of multiple application programs. High-speed encoder feedback. Ethernet-based host communication.
Material And Structure
Standalone metal/industrial enclosure. Ethernet, USB, RS-232, encoder, I/O, and drive connectors. DIN or panel mounting depending on version.
Working Principle
Controller receives setpoints from host PC or internal program, reads encoder feedback, runs motion algorithms, and sends commands to servo/stepper drives.
Installation Requirements
Mount in cabinet with ventilation. Supply correct DC voltage. Separate high-voltage motor cables from encoder/communication cables. Use shielded cables and proper grounding.
Usage Precautions
Verify axis count and I/O configuration. Set limits and home sequence before automatic mode. Do not swap with DMC-40×0 or DMC-18xx without checking pinout and firmware.
