  • Input EMC filtering for common-mode and differential-mode noise
Working Principle: Three-phase AC is rectified to a DC bus, then IGBTs synthesize three-phase output by space-vector PWM. The controller compares commanded position, speed and torque with feedback from encoders, adjusts current vectors by field-oriented control, and removes motor torque through STO when safety activation occurs.
Installation Requirements: Mount on a flat vertical panel or DIN rail with adequate clearance for airflow. Use specified torque for power terminals, separate signal and power cabling, connect protective earth first, and configure the fieldbus and motor parameters before enabling power.
Usage Precautions: Maintain ambient temperature within the rated range, keep DC bus and encoder cables shielded, do not bypass STO relays, verify motor identification results before full-load operation, and inspect fan and heatsink cleanliness periodically.
