Material Composition:

  • Frame: High-strength steel with corrosion-resistant coating
  • Air End: Cast iron GHH rotor set with ceramic-coated rotors
  • Enclosure: Multi-layer acoustic composite with galvanized steel exterior
  • Controller Enclosure: IP65-rated polycarbonate housing

Structural Features:

  • Super Silent (S) full acoustic enclosure
  • Elektronikon Mark V touchscreen controller with 7-inch color display
  • Integrated telematics module (Atlas Copco Connectivity)
  • Full-width service deck with gas strut-assisted hood

Working Principle:
The Cat C4.4 diesel engine drives the air end through a torsional vibration damper. Air is filtered, compressed in two stages, cooled, and separated. The Elektronikon Mark V controller continuously monitors discharge pressure, temperature, oil pressure, and engine parameters. It adjusts engine speed and air-end loading in real time. The connectivity module transmits operational data to Atlas Copco’s cloud platform for remote diagnostics, fleet management, and predictive maintenance alerts.

Key Advantages:

  • Elektronikon Mark V reduces fuel consumption by up to 35% vs. on/off control
  • Super Silent enclosure enables operation in residential proximity zones
  • Remote monitoring via Atlas Copco Connectivity reduces unplanned downtime
  • Integrated diagnostics display fault codes with recommended actions

Applicable Industries:
Urban construction, infrastructure projects, rental companies, quarrying, road maintenance

Installation Requirements:

  • Level surface supporting minimum 14,000 lbs (6,350 kg)
  • 3 ft (1 m) clearance on all sides for ventilation
  • For telematics: ensure cellular network coverage or Wi-Fi access point within 30 m
  • Electrical connection required only for controller and connectivity module (230V single-phase)

Usage Notes:

  • First oil change at 250 hours; subsequent changes every 500 hours
  • Air filter replacement interval: 500 hours or when pressure drop exceeds 2 psi
  • Controller firmware updates available via USB or OTA (over-the-air) through Atlas Copco Connectivity
  • Do not bypass safety interlocks on the Elektronikon controller
