Material Composition:

  • Frame: High-tensile steel chassis
  • Acoustic Enclosure: Multi-layer composite — outer galvanized steel, inner mass-loaded vinyl + open-cell acoustic foam
  • Air End: GHH cast iron, ceramic-coated rotors
  • Cooler: Aluminum plate-fin, externally mounted for service access
  • Motor: IP55-rated cast aluminum housing

Structural Features:

  • Full acoustic enclosure (N) with acoustic foam lining — 8 dB(A) reduction vs. standard
  • DEC flow sensor and TLM smart couplers integrated
  • Elektronikon Mark V controller with noise-level display
  • Extra-wide canopy with acoustic seal around all ventilation openings
  • Forklift pockets with noise-dampened door latches

Working Principle:
The electric motor drives the air end; the DEC system matches output to real-time demand, reducing motor speed during low-demand periods. The TLM module tracks tool usage via smart couplers. The noise-reduced enclosure combines mass (steel + MLV barrier) and absorption (acoustic foam) to attenuate broadband noise. All ventilation openings use labyrinth-path acoustic baffles that allow airflow while blocking sound transmission. The Elektronikon controller manages all subsystems and displays real-time noise level at the enclosure surface.

Key Advantages:

  • 68 dB(A) at 7 m — meets most urban noise ordinance limits (< 70 dB)
  • DEC + TLM provide full energy and tool management in a noise-compliant package
  • Zero on-site emissions
  • Acoustic enclosure also provides weather protection — suitable for year-round outdoor use

Applicable Industries:
Urban construction, hospital/school vicinity projects, residential area infrastructure, noise-sensitive industrial plants, event production

Installation Requirements:

  • 400V 3-phase, 200A minimum, grounding ≤ 5 ohms
  • Ensure acoustic enclosure doors are fully latched before operation — open doors increase noise by 10+ dB(A)
  • 3 ft (1 m) clearance required for ventilation airflow
  • Level surface, 14,000 lbs (6,350 kg) load rating

Usage Notes:

  • Do not drill or modify the acoustic enclosure — this voids noise certification
  • Replace acoustic foam lining every 3 years or when visibly degraded
  • DEC and TLM functions are independent of enclosure status — fully operational with doors open (but noise increases)
  • Monthly inspection of all acoustic door gaskets for seal integrity
