  • Power Supply: 100–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz
  • Operating Temperature: 0°C to +50°C
  • Protection Rating: IP65 (controller housing)

Functional Features:

  • Real-time torque vs. angle curve display
  • Built-in SPC with Cp/Cpk calculation
  • Pass/Fail judgment with colored status indicators
  • Up to 1000 result storage with timestamp
  • Ethernet-based remote diagnostics
  • Multi-step tightening strategy programming (up to 10 steps)

Structural Characteristics:

  • Aluminum alloy housing with anodized finish
  • 7-inch TFT color touchscreen display
  • Front-panel IP67-rated push buttons
  • DIN rail or panel mounting option

Material Composition:

  • Housing: Anodized aluminum alloy (AL6061-T6)
  • Connectors: Gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance
  • Cable glands: Nickel-plated brass (IP68 rated)

Working Principle:
The controller continuously samples torque and angle signals from the electric screwdriver via a high-speed encoder. It compares real-time values against programmed targets. Upon reaching the set torque threshold or angle limit, the controller sends a stop signal to the tool, ensuring consistent fastening quality.

Key Advantages:

  • Highest accuracy in the TC-4000 lineup (±1%)
  • Full traceability for aerospace and automotive compliance
  • Remote monitoring capability via Ethernet
  • ESM module provides per-gun performance tracking

Applicable Industries:
Automotive assembly, Aerospace manufacturing, Heavy machinery, Wind energy, Rail vehicle production

Installation Requirements:

  • Mount on DIN rail (TS35) or flush-mount panel cutout (140 x 110 mm)
  • Ground connection required (PE terminal)
  • Shielded cable recommended for noise environments
  • Minimum 100 mm clearance around unit for heat dissipation

Usage Precautions:

  • Do not exceed maximum rated torque of 4000 Nm
  • Recalibrate torque sensor every 12 months or 500,000 cycles
  • Keep display clean; avoid direct sunlight on screen
  • Update firmware via Atlas Copco Connect software before production use
