- Motor Power: 30 kW (40 HP) electric or diesel
- Cooling: Air-cooled (HU = air-cooled high-pressure)
- Sound Level: 82 dB(A)
- Weight: ~1,200 kg (electric) / ~1,450 kg (diesel)
- Dimensions: ~2,000 × 900 × 1,300 mm
Material Composition:
- Cylinders: Cast iron, chrome-plated
- Piston rings: PTFE-coated carbon
- Frame: Powder-coated steel
- Aftercooler: Aluminum fin-cooled
Structural Features:
- Two-stage oil-free compression
- Compact skid design
- Integrated air receiver (optional)
- Forklift pockets standard
Working Principle:
Two-stage piston compression. Air is compressed in the first stage, cooled by the air-cooled aftercooler, then compressed in the second stage to reach up to 25 bar. Oil-free design via PTFE piston rings.
Key Advantages:
- 25 bar capability — highest pressure in this list
- Extremely compact for 4 m³/min output
- Air-cooled — zero water requirement
- Low weight enables manual repositioning
Applicable Industries:
Small paint shops, tire inflation, laser cutting, CNC spindles, dental labs, scuba diving fills.
Installation Requirements:
- Indoor or sheltered outdoor use
- Electrical: 400V/50Hz/3-phase (electric) or fuel supply (diesel)
- 0.5 m clearance on all sides
- Ambient: 0–40°C
Usage Notes:
- At 25 bar operation, duty cycle is limited to 50%
- Drain condensate every 8 hours
- Replace filters every 500 hours
