Material Composition:

  • Chassis Frame: High-strength structural steel S355 grade, hot-dip galvanized
  • Fuel Tank: Carbon steel with internal epoxy coating
  • Compressor Housing: Cast aluminum alloy
  • Air End Rotors: Chrome-plated steel rotors with ATLAS Copco Sigma Profile
  • Cooling Radiator: Aluminum bar-and-plate heat exchanger

Structural Features:

  • Single-axle towable chassis with hydraulic jack legs
  • Enclosed canopy with sound-dampening insulation
  • Forklift pockets on all four sides for crane/forklift handling
  • Anti-vibration mounts under engine and compressor
  • Heavy-duty drawbar with D40 or 50mm towing eye

Working Principle: Diesel engine drives the rotary screw airend directly via flexible coupling. Ambient air is drawn through intake filters, compressed in the intermeshing male/female rotor set, cooled via aftercooler, and delivered as pressurized air. The PB (Power Booster) variant features an over-speed capable airend and enhanced cooling for sustained maximum output.

Key Advantages:

  • Highest output in PF series at 40 m³/min
  • Power Booster configuration for continuous full-load operation
  • HW-rated for high-altitude performance without derating
  • 800L fuel tank enables extended autonomous operation

Applicable Industries: Large-scale mining, quarrying, tunnelling, heavy civil construction, sandblasting operations

Installation Requirements:

  • Flat, level ground with load-bearing capacity ≥ 15 tonnes/m²
  • Minimum 3m clearance on all sides for airflow and maintenance access
  • 400V 3-phase electrical connection required for control panel (optional auto-start)

Usage Precautions:

  • Engine warm-up required for minimum 3 minutes before full load
  • Oil change interval: every 500 hours or 6 months (whichever comes first)
  • Air filter replacement: every 250 hours
  • Do not operate in enclosed spaces without exhaust extraction
