Function: Serves as the central brain of the washing machine. Executes all program logic, manages motor inverter communication, controls water inlet valves, monitors temperature and water level, drives the user display, and logs error codes.
Working Principle: Receives user input via the control panel → processes program algorithm from firmware stored in Flash memory → sends commands to actuators (motor, valves, heater, pump) → monitors feedback from sensors → adjusts operations in real time.
Installation Requirements:
- Zero energy state required — disconnect mains and wait 5 minutes for capacitor discharge
- Connect main power harness (5-pin) and motor communication cable (4-pin)
- Mount using vibration-isolating rubber grommets on 4 mounting points
- Perform self-test diagnostics after installation before first use
