  • Exterior CabinetPowder-coated steel sheet
  • Interior Liner: ABS plastic with antimicrobial additive
  • Shelves: Tempered safety glass (6 mm thickness)
  • Door SealReplaceable PVC magnetic gasket
  • Insulation: Cyclopentane foam (C5H10) — zero ODP, low GWP

Working Principle:
The unit uses a hermetic reciprocating compressor charged with R600a refrigerant. The compressor circulates refrigerant through a closed loop: compression → condensation (heat released via rear condenser) → expansion valve → evaporation (heat absorbed inside cabinet). The No Frost system in the fridge compartment uses a fan to circulate air across the evaporator, preventing frost buildup. The freezer uses static cooling with manual defrost required periodically.

Key Advantages:

  • R600a refrigerant — zero ODP, GWP of only 3 (vs. 1430 for R134a)
  • 39 dB(A) ultra-quiet operation — suitable for open-plan living and bedrooms
  • 210 L capacity in 547 mm width — best-in-class space efficiency
  • Titanium Black matte finish — fingerprint-resistant, premium aesthetic
  • SN-T climate class — operates reliably in ambient temperatures from 10°C to 43°C (garages, summer kitchens)

Applicable Industries / Use Cases:

  • Small apartment / studio housing
  • Home office / workspace
  • Dormitory / student accommodation
  • Hotel mini-bar / guest room supplement
  • Garage / utility room

Installation Requirements:

  • Minimum clearance from wall: 50 mm rear, 10 mm sides for ventilation
  • Floor must be level — use adjustable feet to correct up to 15 mm deviation
  • Electrical supply220–240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase, 10 A fused connection
  • Do not place near heat sources (ovens, radiators, direct sunlight)
  • Leave unit unplugged for 4 hours after transport before switching on (compressor oil settling)

Usage Notes:

  • First cooling cycle takes 12–24 hours to reach target temperature
  • Manual defrost freezer — ice buildup exceeding 5 mm reduces efficiency; defrost when visible
  • Clean condenser coils every 6 months with a soft brush
  • Replace door gasket if magnetic seal feels weak (test with paper — should resist pulling)
  • Do not block air vents at the rear or bottom of the unit
