Working Principle:
Exhaust air carrying residual fine dust exits the motor compartment and passes through the dual-layer filter. The PU foam core captures medium particles (5–50 μm) via mechanical interception. The polyester non-woven outer layer captures finer particles (1–5 μm) via diffusion and electrostatic attraction. Clean air exits the filter housing. This two-stage system ensures that virtually no abrasive dust reaches the motor windings or bearings.

Installation Requirements:

• Turn off vacuum and unplug from mains
• Locate filter housing at the rear or top of the vacuum body
• Press release tabs and slide old filter out
• Insert new 92-01887-02 filter with tabs facing outward
• Press firmly until tabs snap into housing slots — verify no gaps

Usage Notes:

• Wash every 4–6 weeks with warm water (max 40°C) and neutral detergent
• Squeeze gently to remove water — do not wring or twist
• Air dry for 24 hours minimum before reinstalling
• Replace the filter entirely if foam is compressed beyond 50% of original thickness or if non-woven layer is torn
• A clogged motor filter causes increased motor temperature, reduced suction, and elevated noise — replace immediately if any of these symptoms occur
