Key Features:

  • Transparent pre-filter basket for visual debris inspection
  • Large strainer basket (200 cm² filter area)
  • Glass-fiber reinforced housing for corrosion resistance and structural rigidity
  • Quiet operation due to optimized hydraulics and motor mounting
  • Easy maintenance with tool-free pump housing opening

Material Composition:

  • Housing: GF-PP (Glass-Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene)
  • Impeller: Noryl (PPE)
  • Shaft: Stainless Steel AISI 304
  • Seal faces: Carbon / Silicon Carbide Ceramic
  • O-rings: EPDM
  • Motor windings: Copper (Class F insulation)

Structure Features:

  • Volute-type centrifugal design
  • Radial impeller with backward-curved vanes
  • Bottom-mounted motor for low center of gravity
  • Non-return valve not included (external installation recommended)

Working Principle: Water enters through the suction port into the impeller eye. The rotating impeller imparts kinetic energy to the water, which is then converted to pressure energy in the volute casing and discharged through the outlet port. The self-priming capability is achieved by the pump’s ability to evacuate air from the suction line and casing.

Applicable Industry: Private residential swimming pools, spa/hot tub circulation, small commercial pools, water features

Installation Requirements:

  • Install on a stable, level, vibration-damped surface
  • Ensure minimum 300 mm clearance around the pump for ventilation
  • Install a non-return valve and isolation valves on both suction and discharge lines
  • Connect 2″ (50 mm) PVC pipes with solvent-weld or threaded fittings
  • Electrical connection must comply with local electrical codes (IP55 rated junction box)
  • Ground the pump electrically

Usage Precautions:

  • Never run the pump dry (minimum water level must cover the suction inlet)
  • Clean the pre-filter basket weekly during operation season
  • Do not operate with water temperature exceeding 60°C
  • Ensure proper electrical grounding at all times
  • Store in a frost-free environment during winter
