Detailed content
Function: Transfers rotational force from the drive motor to the dryer drum, enabling tumbling action
Operating Conditions:
- Temperature Resistance: Up to 120°C
- Tensile Strength: High-load rated for continuous drum rotation
Replacement Interval: Replace when cracks, fraying, glazing, or stretching is visible — typically every 3-5 years under normal use
Symptoms of Worn Belt:
- Squealing noise during operation
- Drum not turning or slipping
- Burning rubber smell
Installation Notes:
- Belt must be routed around motor pulley, idler pulley, and drum pulley in correct sequence
- Ensure proper tension — belt should deflect no more than 10-15 mm when pressed at midpoint between pulleys
