Working Principle: Upon receiving digital commands via DeviceNet/CANopen, the onboard driver energizes the high-torque actuator, which positions the shear-type metering valve to achieve accurate gas flow regulation.
Installation Requirements: Mount using 2.00 inch RF flanges per ANSI B16.5 Class 600. Upstream gas filtration must be 25 µm absolute. Keep gas temperature within –40 to +93 °C.
Usage Notes: Do not operate above 5,171 kPa (750 psig) gas supply pressure. Maintain a minimum pressure differential of 138 kPa (20 psid) for specified flow control accuracy. The valve is rated for 125 °C heat soak for 6 hours unpowered.
