Working Principle:​ AC power is converted by the internal power module into the internal control circuit power supply. The speed signal is acquired and compared with the set value for calculation, and a drive signal is output to control the actuator. Under parallel operating conditions, it reads the load bus signal to complete load sharing.
Installation Requirements:
  • Install inside a sealed control cabinet, away from high-power interference equipment, with reserved heat dissipation space
  • An independent circuit breaker must be configured in the AC input circuit as a device disconnect means
  • Speed signal lines and load sharing bus must all use shielded twisted-pair cable with the shield grounded at a single point
  • Installation on equipment bodies with severe vibration is prohibited
Usage Precautions:
  • Confirm that the power supply is within the 88–132 VAC range; overvoltage will damage the internal power conversion circuit
  • This controller does not include independent overspeed protection; the system must be equipped with an independent hardware overspeed shutdown device
  • Ensure correct wiring polarity and anti-static protection during board assembly/disassembly
