Structural Features:​ Hydraulic interface at the lower part of the valve body, thickened flameproof electrical compartment at the upper part; flameproof wiring ports use explosion-proof glands, ordinary cable connectors are not allowed; the hydraulic chamber and the electrical flameproof compartment are completely isolated; the flameproof surfaces are precisely fitted, and on-site disassembly of the flameproof housing is not permitted.
Installation Requirements:​ Priority vertical installation, electrical compartment prohibited from facing downward. Supply pipeline shall be equipped with a 3 μm filter with differential pressure alarm. Signal cables shall be laid separately with independent shielding, single-point grounded.
Usage Precautions:​ Must be used with a certified intrinsically safe barrier. The flameproof housing must not be opened while energized. The flameproof surfaces must not be damaged during installation.
