Structure: The H-Spring hydraulic spring actuator is directly assembled on top of the butterfly valve body; the trip solenoid valve assembly is integrated on the side of the actuator; the electrical junction box is arranged on the outside of the actuator; the dual-channel LVDT is built into the actuator; the valve body is flange-connected with stem blow-out prevention locking structure.
Working Principle: Drive pressure oil enters the actuator cylinder, overcoming the spring preload, driving the stem to rotate 90°, opening the valve and conducting the media pipeline. Upon receiving a trip signal, the built-in solenoid valve shifts, rapidly venting the cylinder pressure oil. The energy storage spring releases energy, driving the disc to rapidly rotate to the fully closed position, cutting off the pipeline media. The dual-channel LVDT acquires the actual valve opening signal in real time and outputs it externally.
Installation & Precautions: The valve body can be installed horizontally or vertically; the body must not bear pipeline loads. The drive oil pipeline must be equipped with a 3 μm precision filter. The pipeline must be purged before installation to remove welding slag and hard particles. The actuator must reserve complete full-stroke motion space with no mechanical interference. Signal cables must use shielded cable; strong and weak currents must be laid separately. The use of impact wrenches to tighten valve body flange bolts is prohibited, as it causes valve seat deformation leading to internal leakage. Long-term throttling at small openings is not allowed, as throttling erosion will damage the hard alloy sealing surface. Regularly conduct full-stroke open/close tests to verify spring shut-off performance. On-site disassembly of the H-Spring energy storage component is prohibited, as it contains pretensioned energy storage and presents safety risks if disassembled. Avoid direct steam blowing onto the actuator electrical junction box to prevent water vapor ingress.
