Material & Structure: Stainless steel 3103 valve body with through-hardened stainless steel internals; EM35 actuator with brushless DC motor; single resolver for position feedback.
Working Principle: Control signal drives the EM35 brushless DC motor through a 3-phase field director, rotating the 3103 valve metering sleeve via the actuator output shaft. The single resolver provides position feedback. On power loss, internal spring returns valve to minimum fuel.
