Structure Features:​ Precision metering port with smooth internal flow path; standard pipe-connection ports; machined actuator mounting face; vibration-resistant design.

Working Principle:​ Gas enters through the inlet, passes through the precision metering orifice, and flows to the combustor. An external actuator drives the metering plug to change the effective orifice area, thereby controlling fuel flow as commanded by the electronic controller.

Application Scenarios:​ Small industrial gas turbines, distributed generation and CHP, gas-engine fuel systems, backup/emergency gensets.

Installation Requirements:​ Follow flow-direction marking on the body; install the specified gas filter upstream; support the pipeline independently to avoid stress on the valve; perform purge, leak-test, and full-stroke verification before commissioning.

Usage Notes:​ Maintain gas cleanliness (25 µm filtration); inspect external seals and fasteners periodically; do not operate beyond the rated pressure/temperature; store with ports plugged if taken out of service.
