Product Name
Suetron BT5N/071010 HS000656 industrial wireless data module or control function module. Public listings provide two specification sets; confirm the exact firmware and radio/control variant from the equipment nameplate.
Product Introduction
The wireless interpretation is a radio data-transmission module for remote monitoring, data logging and industrial control communications. The control-module interpretation is an automation function board with precision analog regulation, data acquisition and Modbus communication for PLC or DCS integration.
Detailed content
Technical Specifications
Wireless specification: operating voltage 12 V DC, radio frequency 400 to 470 MHz, operating temperature -30 to 60°C. Control-module specification: operating voltage 12 V DC, temperature range -20 to 70°C in some listings, analog input range -10 to +10 V, 16-bit resolution, Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP support, CE and RoHS compliance.
Functional Features
Wireless version provides encrypted transmission, error correction, long-distance RF link and low-power industrial operation. Control version provides high-resolution analog acquisition, precision regulation, real-time data exchange, fault detection and integration with existing automation controllers.
Application Scenarios
Remote telemetry, pipeline or site monitoring, wireless sensor networks, PLC function expansion, precision analog regulation, manufacturing data acquisition, energy and utility automation.
Performance Parameters
400 to 470 MHz RF band for the radio variant, 12 V DC supply, 16-bit analog resolution for the control variant, Modbus cyclic communication, industrial temperature rating according to selected version.
Material Composition
Industrial PCB with surface-mount components, metal or shielded RF enclosure for the radio variant, plastic or aluminium module housing according to configuration, gold or tin-plated connectors.
Structural Characteristics
Compact module body, RF antenna port for wireless version, serial and power terminals, DIN or cabinet mounting according to system design, isolation between communication and power sections where specified.
Working Principle
The wireless module modulates process or sensor data into the 400 to 470 MHz band, applies encryption and error correction, transmits to a compatible base station or peer radio, and converts received commands back to serial or digital output. The control module samples analog signals, converts them through high-resolution ADC, executes regulation algorithms and exchanges values with the controller over Modbus.
Installation Requirements
Supply regulated 12 V DC with correct polarity and fusing. For RF use, install an antenna with correct impedance and frequency band, locate the antenna clear of metal obstructions, and ground the enclosure. For control use, use shielded analog cables, separate signal and power wiring, and terminate Modbus lines with proper bias and termination.
Usage Precautions
Verify local radio-license requirements before transmitting. Do not operate the RF version outside the specified frequency band. Avoid high-voltage surge exposure on communication ports. For analog control, calibrate zero and span before commissioning and protect inputs against overvoltage.
