Monostable polarized 24 VDC coil with diode suppression.
Single changeover contact for NO or NC field wiring.
Push-in termination for fast wiring without tools beyond strip preparation.
Ejector base for relay removal and replacement.
LED coil-status indication for troubleshooting.
Universal application as signal isolator, contact multiplier, or small-load switch.
Material Composition and Structure
Gray self-extinguishing plastic base with push-in clamping elements, silver-tin-oxide relay contacts, copper alloy conductors, plug-in electromagnetic relay, and integrated status LED. The preassembled set includes base and power relay as one DIN-rail module.
Working Principle
A 24 VDC control signal energizes the coil through the freewheeling-diode protected input. The electromagnetic armature moves the AgSnO changeover contact, opening or closing the output circuit according to wiring. The yellow LED indicates coil energization, and the base ejector allows relay exchange without rewiring the fixed push-in terminals.
Installation Requirements
Mount on a standard DIN rail in the control cabinet. Strip 8 mm of conductor, insert solid or ferruled flexible wire into the push-in terminals, and tighten according to 0.14–1.5 mm² rating. Connect coil side to 24 VDC with correct polarity; connect load side to the changeover contacts. Leave clearance for heat dissipation and label coil versus contact terminals.
Usage Notes
Do not exceed 6 A continuous, 250 V switching, or the stated VA/W ratings for the load type. Use appropriate contact protection for inductive DC loads. Replace the plug-in relay if switching reliability degrades after prolonged high-cycle operation. Keep the base terminals clean and confirm IP20 enclosure conditions inside the cabinet.
