Moog G761-3263

  • Product Introduction: Part of Moog’s D661 series, this servo valve combines a pilot-operated main stage with advanced integrated electronics for enhanced control capabilities. It is designed to handle high flow rates while maintaining precise regulation, making it ideal for large-scale industrial systems. The integrated electronics eliminate the need for external amplifiers, simplifying system design and reducing installation complexity.

Detailed content

  • Technical Specifications: Rated flow ranges from 63 to 100 l/min (16.6 to 26.4 gpm) at 35 bar (500 psi) pressure drop. Maximum operating pressure is 350 bar (5000 psi). The pilot stage uses a dry torque motor with low power consumption (≤15 W). Spool position is maintained via mechanical feedback with carbide components for wear resistance. Operating temperature range is -20°C to 80°C (-4°F to 176°F).
  • Functional Features: High dynamic response (frequency response ≥120 Hz) allows for rapid adjustments in high-flow systems. The main spool’s large diameter minimizes pressure drop, improving energy efficiency. Enhanced contamination resistance ensures reliable operation in systems with moderate fluid cleanliness. Compatible with proportional and servo control systems, offering flexibility in integration.
  • Application Scenarios: Used in hydraulic presses for metal forming, controlling ram speed and force to handle large workpieces. Integral to mining equipment such as hydraulic shovels, regulating boom and bucket movement for efficient material handling. Applied in test facilities for large structures, simulating dynamic loads on bridges and aerospace components.
