Moog D663Z4307K Pilot-Operated Proportional Valve

  • Product Introduction: This product is a pilot-operated proportional valve for analog signals in the Moog D660 series. It can convert input analog electrical signals into proportional hydraulic flow or pressure signals to control the operation of hydraulic actuators. It has the advantages of high control precision, good stability, and strong adaptability, and is widely used in various industrial hydraulic control systems.

Detailed content

  • Technical Specifications:
    • Hydraulic Parameters: The rated flow rate is 30 to 1500 l/min (8 to 395 gpm) when the pressure difference per throttle edge is 5 bar (75 psi). The maximum flow rate is 3600 l/min (950 gpm) (ISO specification 10). The maximum operating pressure is 350 bar (5000 psi). The installation type complies with ISO 4401 specifications 05, 07, 08, and 10 (NG 10, 16, 25, and 32). The 100% step response time is 10 to 50 ms when the pressure is 210 bar (3000 psi).
    • Electrical Parameters: The supply voltage is 24 VDC (18 to 32 VDC), and the rated signal options include +/-10 V, +/-10 mA, and 4-20 mA.
  • Functional Features: The valve body is optimally designed to obtain a high rated flow rate. It can be provided in two-stage or three-stage designs according to the required dynamic performance. ServoJet or nozzle baffle pilot valves are optional. The improved pilot stage brings superior dynamic response. A variety of fail-safe protection schemes are available to achieve an excellent match with the application.
  • Application Scenarios: It is applicable to industrial fields such as injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and metallurgical equipment. It can be used in hydraulic control systems that require precise control of flow or pressure, such as the control of the movement speed and position of the actuator.
