It can work in the ways of two-position two-way, three-position three-way, or three-position four-way in position, speed, pressure, and force electro-hydraulic servo systems. The installation form and dimensions comply with DIN24340 and CETOP3 and 6. There is no hydraulic pilot stage, which simplifies the system structure. In case of power failure, cable damage, or emergency stop, the servovalve can return to the neutral position by itself without external force. The dynamic performance index is independent of the supply oil pressure. It has IP65 (DIN40050) level waterproof performance, low hysteresis, and high resolution. It also has reverse polarity protection and overpressure protection functions, and electronic zero adjustment to compensate for load drift.
