Moog D634-341C Direct-acting Servo Valve

  • Product Introduction: It is a direct-acting valve (DDV) with closed-loop position control of the spool with real-time feedback. It is a throttle-type flow control valve produced in the United States, which can be applied to three-way, four-way, and 2×2-way valves. The valve body is made of cast steel, and the medium used is hydraulic oil. The packaging adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof designs such as wood + foam and carton + foam, with a monthly supply capacity of 10 sets.

Detailed content

  • Technical Specifications: The valve port diameter is 11.5 mm (0.45 inches). The rated flow rate per throttling edge is 60/100 L/min (15.8/26.3 gpm) at 35 bar (500 psi), and the maximum flow rate of the valve is 185 L/min (48.8 gpm). The maximum working pressure of ports P, A, and B is 350 bar (5000 psi); the maximum working pressure of port T (internal discharge) is 50 bar (715 psi); the maximum working pressure of port T (Y port drain) and valve port Y is 350 bar (5000 psi). The response time (spool 0-100% full opening) is ≤20 ms, the resolution is <0.1%, the hysteresis is <0.2%, and the zero drift (△t=55k) is <1.5%.
  • Functional Features: The spool is directly driven by a permanent magnet linear force motor, which has high driving power and does not require a pilot oil source. The dynamic performance is not affected by pressure, and it has low hysteresis and high resolution. The valve integrates a closed-loop valve position control circuit board and a pulse width modulation (PWM) drive circuit, using SMD technology and a 24V power supply. It has electrical zero adjustment function. In case of power failure, cable damage, or emergency stop, the spool can automatically return to the spring-centered position without external force. The direct-acting design avoids leakage loss of the pilot stage and greatly improves the pollution resistance of the valve.
  • Application Scenarios: Widely used in the industrial field, suitable for electro-hydraulic position, speed, pressure, or force control systems, such as in the control systems of injection molding machines, steel rolling equipment, and aerospace equipment.
