Moog 122-105/122105 Mechanical Feedback Servo Valve

  • Product Introduction: The 122-105/122105 is a standard response two-stage mechanical feedback servo valve, which is an important part of Moog’s servo valve product line. It is equipped with a pilot valve filter that can be replaced on site and can adopt an externally controlled pilot control pressure. The installation bottom surface complies with the ISO 10372 standard, which is convenient for installation and replacement in industrial equipment.

Detailed content

  • Technical Specifications: The frequency response is 30-80 Hz (±100%). The step response is 12-32 ms. The flow range is 95-228 l/min (25-60 gpm). The maximum working pressure is 35.0 Mpa (5000 psi). The rated flow rate (at 1000 psi (70 bar) pressure drop) is 25 gpm (100 l/min) to 60 gpm (227 l/min). The step response (at 3000 psi (210 bar), 100% stroke) is 16-40 ms.
  • Functional Characteristics: It has stable and reliable performance, and the standard response speed can meet the control requirements of most industrial equipment. The on-site replaceable pilot valve filter is convenient for maintenance and reduces the maintenance cost and downtime of the equipment. The externally controlled pilot control pressure design increases the flexibility of the system and can be adapted to different working conditions. The mechanical feedback mechanism ensures the control precision of the servo valve and can stably control the flow and pressure.
  • Application Scenarios: It is widely used in industrial fields such as plastic machinery, metallurgical equipment and hydraulic presses. In plastic machinery, it is used to control the movement of the injection molding machine’s injection device and mold clamping mechanism to ensure the quality and precision of plastic products; in metallurgical equipment, it is applied to the control system of rolling mills to control the pressure and speed of rolling; in hydraulic presses, it is used to control the movement speed and pressure of the press slider to realize the precise forming of workpieces.
