  • Remote parameterization through HART handheld or DCS
Material Composition:
  • Housing: industrial aluminum or polymer-electronics enclosure according to complete positioner model
  • Pilot stage: piezoelectric or nozzle-flapper components
  • Feedback components: stainless steel, engineered polymer and sealed sensors
  • PCB: industrial control-grade board with HART transceiver
Structural Characteristics:
  • Closed-loop electronic and pneumatic assembly
  • Removable electronics module section
  • Vibration-resistant mounting interface
  • Sealed terminal compartment for signal wiring
Working Principle: The module receives 4–20 mA and HART, converts the setpoint to a digital command and compares it with position feedback. The controller drives the pneumatic pilot to modulate actuator air pressure. The valve reaches the commanded position and HART reports performance data.
Installation Requirements: Mount with the correct actuator bracket. Connect the 4–20 mA loop using shielded cable and proper grounding. Supply clean instrument air, then run auto-calibration.
Usage Precautions: Keep instrument air filtered and dew-point controlled. Validate HART address before commissioning. Perform self-test after actuator service. Replace electronics only with the positioner-compatible D201483 variant.
